This 3,000 square foot Portland, Oregon house, built in 1956, had a lovely site and great bones but needed remodeling and renovation. No new area was added to the house, but the interior spaces were strategically reconfigured. On the lower level, we accommodated a new master bathroom, remodeled the children’s bathroom and bedrooms, created a new laundry room, and updated the fireplace wall, closets and finishes in the master bedroom.
