This former R-1 Occupancy hotel adjacent to the Vancouver Mall will include interior renovation, construction of four new ground floor offices, renovation of four existing ADA bathrooms to bring them into compliance, and conversion of an existing indoor swimming pool and hot tub room into a community room. Site upgrades will bring existing ADA parking stalls into compliance with current code.
