Cedar Mill Bible Church had 26 office staff working offsite in a rented facility. They wanted to be more connected with the church community and decided to move on-site. The head pastor wanted to brighten the office spirit and build more connection between staff. We guided a conversation with staff about the benefits of open offices. Our renovation converted their closed office environment to collaborative open space balanced with jump offices to meet occasional privacy needs. Renovation included an addition and remodel to the second story to accommodate the church’s business side.
