The Port of Portland’s (PoP) TCORE Terminal Redevelopment project involves relocating several key and actively functioning program elements from the existing PDX terminal mezzanine to enable an overall renovation of the main terminal. [GM1]
Merryman Barnes was part of the team who developed a new Rental Car Center in a freestanding structure outside the main terminal. We provided the tenant improvement design, starting with an exhaustive programming, existing conditions assessment and design phase. The work included full tenant improvements on floors 2, 3 and 4. The Project includes typical open office and administrative spaces for a variety of PoP tenant and employee stakeholders as well as series of highly customized facilities supporting the operation of the entire PDX complex.
