This new 2,300 square foot, three bedroom, two bathroom home sits on a ten acre site that faces the Deschutes River. The client wanted to both capture the beautiful central Oregon views and utilize their solar orientation. Exposed concrete floors and a CMU wall collect and store the solar heat that comes through the almost floor to ceiling glass wall of the two story space.
