Home Forward, Portland’s housing authority, is headquartered in the New Market Annex, a historic stone and brick edifice built in 1889 that is listed in the National Historic Register.
This project involved remodeling their existing offices to better suit their needs. The reception area received an update, new safety features were installed, signage was updated, and seismic and energy improvements were made. The exterior sidewalks and awnings were also updated.
